Gem Property Management launched a “We Care” Program in an effort to show our appreciation to our tenants.  Each month, our residents receive a newsletter which outlines each of the current promotions that are running, as well as any relevant information pertinent to our local communities.  We have several promotions that we offer, including our Birthday Drawing, Pay On Time Program and various Tenant Referral promotions for tenants that refer friends and family.  The promotions change every month and there is always something exciting for our tenants to participate in.
